The Slugger´s Face-Off is a melee weapon for the Scout, that works somewhat like a normal bat. It looks like a bat with a skull at the top of it.
At the cost of the loss of random crits and a high damage penalty, this bat swings faster than the standard one and each hit will add 12% evasiveness (up to 100%), which is used to lower incoming ranged damage, though it will consume it.

Gameplay[]
This weapon is a weapon that should never be used to kill an enemy. This weapon makes killing nearly impossible, due to it's highly reduced damage. But, using it on an enemy is good because of the evasiveness. The evasiveness system is the main gimmick of this weapon. What happens is that, each time you hit an enemy, you get 12% evasiveness, and the more you hit enemies, the more you get (until you reach 100%). Upon reaching 100%, you'll be able to dodge anything! Each time you take damage, however, the evasiveness will go lower until reaches 0%. The higher the evasiveness, the better you dodge damage!
