The Lethal Injection is a primary weapon for the Medic.
At the cost of reduced damage and a reduction in the Medic's natural health regeneration, 70% of the damage this weapon deals is stored as "Injection". When the wearer heals a patient with his Medigun, both the wearer and the patient are quickly healed for an amount equal to the amount of "Injection" the wearer had, consuming it in the process. This healing can lead to overheal.
