The Rocket-Flare is a secondary weapon for the Engineer. It's a red firework-like rocket.
This weapon acts almost like the Detonator, except that it lacks afterburn and a sucessful hit will mark the target to be visible through walls via a green outline for several seconds. It also deals less self damage than the Detonator.
This weapon is also useable in Medieval Mode.

- This weapon was originally a January 2013 Weapon of the Month before becoming a full weapon.
- Both the name, apparence and effect of this weapon are a reference to Clockwerk from Dota 2, as one of his ability, named 'Rocket Flare', allow to launch a long range missile that damage enemies and reveal the area for several seconds.
