The Fifth of July is a secondary weapon for the Pyro. It was a December 2011 Weapon of the Month.
It can load up to 12 flares (twice the standard clip size of the Shotgun) that it can quickly fires, and reloads faster while also holding more ammo, but at the cost of highly reduced afterburn duration. Also, while not stated in its stats, it will always mini-crits its target(s).
