The Dashing Rogue is a watch for the Spy. It was a June 2012 Weapon of the Month before being reintroduced on November 2012.
Being cloaked with this watch will make the wearer move faster than usual, but at the cost of decreased cloak time and heavily increased recharge time. This weapon can use ammo and dropped weapons to recharge.
