|The Amateur Assassin|
Mini-crits from behind
+15% faster weapon switch
No random critical hits
The Amateur Assassin is a melee weapon for the Pyro, and was a Weapon of the Day, and was part of the Medieval Project.
At the cost of the lack of random critical hits, this weapon will always mini-crit if the target is hit from behind, as well as passively reducing the user's switch time.
Damage and Function timesEdit
|Damage and Function Times|
|Attack interval||0.8 s|
- This weapon is best for ambushing enemies, as a mini-crit followed by a normal attack (assuming the victim saw the hit and turned back) will deal 130-176 damage, enough to at least kill weaker or wounded classes.
- This also means this weapon can kill even 175 health classes, assuming the user is lucky enough to get maximum damage from both hits.
